NEWSLETTER MAY 13TH 2022   What a special week for St Anne’s this has been! Well done to the boys team who beat Athgarvan in the final of the Cumann na mBunscoil football competition on Tuesday last. EASTER UPDATES

Dear parents and students,  Easter fever was about in the last few days at St Anne’s.   Junior Infants helped 6th class find the missing chickens and eggs for the the Easter Bunny. While he was very busy, the Easter Bunny did manage to ring the classes and sent a chocolate ‘thank you’ to all the children. Dear parents and students, On this bright sunny afternoon, I write to update you on activities and events in St Anne’s. Today saw classes having playtime out on the field and much fun was had!. It is a joy to see after the confines of Covid restrictions in the past years. On the matter of Covid, while restrictions have eased, we also have to be mindful of the rise in cases in recent weeks. Dear parents and students, Spring is in the air this week! How lovely to see such activity in the yard, as classes play together in the sunshine. The week has brought some changes to restrictions in schools, which are welcome. Visit of County Champions

Well done to the Ardclough ladies camogie team who won the county championship last week. We were delighted to welcome them to St Anne's today to see the cup and hear about the game. We are very proud of our former pupils who were on the team and it was great to see the player of the match, Aibha Tyndall with us also.  Congratulations all!
