We were very lucky to have had Ciara Hinksman visiting us on Tuesday, 5th of October.

Ciara runs Forest School Ireland and is very passionate about creating opportunities for learning in nature. Studies have shown that increased time in nature can increase productivity, builds group dynamics and can promote self-awareness.

We learned lots of new information about the local area around the school, used clay, collected berries to make ink to design our wooden pendants, and got to play lots of nature games.
