This year we did a family tree. First we had to find out about our families. We got a sheet that we filled in naming our parents, grandparents, and grandparents. We learned lots about where they were from and what they did for a living.

     

When we had this information, we painted a tree on an A3 piece of paper. After this we stuck on pieces of paper with our family names on them.

            

We made a frame to go around the tree and we coloured it in to make it look nice.

Then we stuck it on to the painting. After we put them on the wall for the whole school to see. Here are the family trees outside our room:
