• Irish Cómhrá is something we do in Irish every day, we learn different sentences each week and practice them with our partners in class.
• Every month Mr. Roughan picks a different theme for us to do eg. this month we are doing Sa Bhail

 

• We learned lots of verbs in Irish so far this year
• We have learned all of our Aimsir Chaite verbs and their endings
• We learned about broad and slender verbs and how we know when and what places they go into the sentence.
• Our favourite theme in our Irish book is the chapter on Bia. We liked the food triangle because it showed us what foods to eat and how much we should be eating in a day.
