How It’s Created!

Hello! I’m Jack Caffrey, One Of The Writers Of The Weekly Buzz, I Am Going To Show You How The Weekly Buzz Is Created, The School Newspaper.

What Is The Weekly Buzz?

The Weekly Buzz Is A 10-20 Page Newspaper Created By James And I Telling School News And/Or World News That Make You Laugh, It Has Comic Strips To Read And Has The Latest Ardclough Lotto News And The Weather.

As Of 8/4/2016 It Cost’s 60 Euro Cent To Buy A Weekly Buzz, The Money Will Be Given To Aoibheann’s Pink Tie And St. Anne’s National School To Help Fund Great Projects And We Don’t Make Any Money For Creating The Weekly Buzz.

Temple Street Donation

When Did It All Begin?

After Going To Ms. Manley To Approve That We Could Sell The Weekly Buzz, Issue One Got Released On 21/10/2015 With The Front Page Showing A Picture Of Goal Jersey Day, It Sold Well, But Not As Well As Issue 2 And 3, The Sales Went Up And Up And Up! We Estimated That Both Issue 1, 2 And 3 Gave Us €50 To Donate! By The End Of 2015, We Had €200 And Donated Half Of It To Temple Street And The Other Half To The School.

The Comics, How Are They Made?

As Of 8/4/2016 There Is 4 Comics, Most Of Them Are Made On A Computer, The Drawings And Text Are Done On Microsoft Paint, Then Are Put Into Microsoft Word So The Drawings Can Be Arranged.

The Comics Are The Most Popular In The Weekly Buzz, They Make Children Laugh Constantly, They Love Hearing The Jokes And Always Wanted To Know What Would Come In The Next Comic!

The Most Popular Comic Is Super Teddy.

Some Comics Are Made By Hand And Photocopied In Dublin, They Will Be Sent Back To The Weekly Buzz HQ So They Can Be Placed In The Weekly Buzz.

Competitions!

I Love When Competitions Come, We Just Choose A Good Time For A Competition And Advertise In The Weekly Buzz To Either Draw, Or Create A 1-Page Comic, Then Give It To Us, The Children Then Have A Deadline To Send In A Drawing Or Comic And Spend All Their Time Working On The Drawing Or Comic, They Send It In When It’s Done.

If They Need Help, A Page Called Super Teddy Activities Will Be Released In The Weekly Buzz.

Trust Me, It Is Hard To Pick Who Wins, Because All The Drawings And Comics Are Amazing In Their Own Ways.

When We Decide A Winner, It Is Announced, Then The Winner Comes To Collect A Message From Super Teddy And A Strip Of I Love The Weekly Buzz Stickers!
