2018/2019

Our class did various sporting activities during the year. Before Christmas we went swimming in K Leisure in Naas for a few weeks. It was great fun and we learned a lot.

After Christmas we did hurling training with Leon in the school. We trained for an hour once a week. Leon showed us how to play. We loved playing our tackle game because it is like bulldog but we had to dribble the sliotars with our hurleys but the people that are on have to tackle us with their hurley and get the sliotars off us. It is very fun.

In May, we did Tag Rugby. We played in the field. We did training drills and then played games of Tag Rugby. It was great fun.

We all played in the basketball league during the Spring and some of us played on the boys and girls G.A.A. teams during the year.

Hugh, Max and Keelan played on the Under 10 football team that won the League title. Congratulations!
