Tomi Riechental came to visit our school on the 23rd of November 2018. Tomi told us about his life. He lived in Merašice in Slovakia with his family; his mother Judith, his father Arnold and his brother Miki.

Castletown House Maths Trail

In October we went to Castletown House on a maths trail. We went on a bus with 5th and 6th class .When we got there we had to walk to the house. Then we got into groups of four. Cycling

September and October 2018
In September and October two people came to teach us cycling. Their names were Ruth and Graham. We did it for eight weeks on Wednesdays. They brought bikes and helmets for us but you could bring your own if you wanted. They told us that the right clothes to wear were a helmet, a high vis jacket and bright clothes. Student Council Elections

Our class helped out with the Student Council elections this year by showing people where to go and by stamping their votes to make them official.
The student council talks about ways to improve the school and they are always coming up with new ideas.

Our school Tour
We went to Lullymore for our Senior Infant school tour. We went on a double decker bus. We had great fun. There was a forest, a fairy area, a train ride, an inside play area, an outside play area with crazy golf etc. We also saw some farm animals. We had ice-cream and it was so yummy!
